Reading:“To us, though, GOD has given revelation through the SPIRIT, for the SPIRIT explores the depths of everything, even the depths of GOD. After all, is there anyone who knows the qualities of anyone except his own spirit within him? And in this way, nobody knows the qualities of GOD except the SPIRIT of GOD. Now, the Spirit we have received is not the spirit of the world, but GOD’s own SPIRIT, so that we may understand the abundant Gifts GOD has given us.” (I Cor 2,10-12)

Meditation: The Gift of Knowledge enables the soul to evaluate the real value of created things in their relation to their CREATOR. It shows GOD’s loving care and directs us to glorify HIM in every circumstance of life, even in adversity and to prize His friendship beyond all else.

Prayer: Come, O Blessed SPIRIT of Knowledge that I may know GOD and know myself and grow perfect in the science of the Saints. Grant that I may perceive the Will of the FATHER; show me the nothingness of earthly things that I may realize their vanity and use them only for Thy glory and for my own Salvation. Amen.
