The second Sunday after Nativity Day is celebrated when the feast of the Epiphany  is celebrated on January 6th. Except if Epiphany-the 6th falls on a Sunday (the second Sunday after Nativity Day).  Then the next Sunday, (3rd Sunday) is the Baptism of the LORD and there is no Office of the Second Sunday after Nativity Day that year.
